Schedule cold storage warehouse orders for food products

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule daily orders for warehouse
• Verify accuracy of all scheduled orders
• Communicate special requests made by carriers to the operations team
• Report order scheduling issues to customer service

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 1 year warehouse, manufacturing or transportation environment experience
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Basic math skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
