Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Team Lead to join a growing team. This is a newly created position designed to support a current management team and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Commercial Lines (CL) and/or Personal Lines (PL) insurance, as well as proven managerial expertise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team while contributing to the success of an organization.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers (AMs) in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.
• Oversee the quoting of new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Account Managers to implement strategies for workflow optimization and team development.
• Utilize EPIC and CSR24 software to manage accounts and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Attend monthly in-office meetings and participate in occasional travel as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Commercial Lines (CL) and/or Personal Lines (PL) insurance.
• Proven managerial experience leading teams in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC software; experience with CSR24 is highly preferred.
• Possession of a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Strong understanding of account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $500,000.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to the office at least once a month.
