We are seeking an Account Manager who will play a key role in expanding the footprint of Tyvek® Roll Goods - Medical Packaging across ASEAN. You will lead growth initiatives by maximizing relationships with our converter network while creating new opportunities through direct engagement with Medical Device Manufacturers.
Success in this role requires a strong track record in regional B2B sales, the ability to build trusted customer partnerships, and a deep understanding of the diverse healthcare landscape across Southeast Asia.
Job Responsibilities:
Adherence to company core values, code of conduct, and culture principles
Understand Tyvek® value proposition, achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Enhance brand advocacy in the healthcare industry by fostering loyalty with value chain partners
Identify growth opportunities and develop a growth pipeline based on industry expertise and through engaging with value chain customers.
Monitor closely competitive situation in the market and develop business solutions to defend share for project-at-risk
Strictly follow company finance and credit policy to ensure AR performance.
Collaborate with various functions such as technical, CSR, supply chain & quality to manage entire sales cycle
Effectively utilize our CRM system Salesforce
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, with major in polymer science, packaging engineer, biomedical engineer or material Science
At least 5 years of professional sales and key account management experience with multinational companies, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills. Prior experience in the healthcare industry, medical devices, or medical packaging is highly preferred.
Demonstrate a willingness to address challenges through the development of adaptable solutions.
Strong business acumen, ability to manage project and sales execution capability
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Additional language capabilities, such as Chinese (Mandarin), are highly desirable.
Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; Open minded and willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel across ASEAN countries up to 50% of the time.
