Join Portfolio Quality & Operations (PQ&O) within Cyber Security Technology (CST) as a Senior Portfolio Operations Consultant, where you will drive process engineering, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across cybersecurity technology portfolios. This role focuses primarily on designing, documenting, optimizing, and implementing scalable business processes that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance delivery consistency. Leveraging process improvement methodologies and workflow automation capabilities, you will help transform how work is planned, executed, measured, and continuously improved across the organization.
Responsibilities
Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement (75%)
• Lead process discovery, analysis, redesign, and optimization initiatives across operational and technology functions to improve efficiency, consistency, governance, and risk management.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, process assessments, root cause analysis, and future-state design sessions.
• Develop process documentation, operating procedures, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, recommending solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks to support operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic transformation.
Workflow Automation & Operational Enablement (25%)
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and streamline workflows.
• Design and implement workflow automations, reporting solutions, and operational tools using platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions that enhance visibility, support data-driven decision-making, and improve operational performance.
• Leverage emerging technologies and AI-driven capabilities to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, process engineering, consulting, portfolio operations, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in business process mapping, process design, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead process redesign initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Experience facilitating workshops, conducting root-cause analysis, and driving cross-functional process improvements.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience developing workflow automations, operational reporting, or technology-enabled business solutions.
• Experience with automation and data visualization tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau.
• Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and drive adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
• Certification or formal training in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or related continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Python or SQL.
• Experience leveraging emerging technologies, AI-powered capabilities, or advanced analytics to improve business processes.
