Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client training in accordance with approved qualifications, including classroom systems instruction, performance ground school, and simulator-based pilot training.
- Ensure training delivery meets established quality standards and program requirements.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable authorizations, certifications, and qualifications.
- Conduct high-quality pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of all required training records, documentation, and electronic records.
- Support the continuous improvement of training programs through recommendations for curriculum and courseware enhancements.
- Work toward obtaining additional instructor qualifications as required by the program.
- Assist the Lead Instructor with assigned responsibilities, as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Holds or previously held an Air Transport License (ATP) or equivalent aviation certification.
- Holds or previously held a relevant aircraft type rating with operational experience, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-pilot flight time.
- Previous instructional or training delivery experience.
- Experience in aviation training and/or flight operations acceptable to applicable regulatory authorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to accurately maintain records and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.
- Customer-focused approach to training delivery and service.
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA-issued licenses, certificates, or qualifications.
- Experience delivering simulator-based pilot training.
- Experience supporting curriculum development, courseware improvement, or training program enhancement.
- Additional instructor qualifications relevant to business aviation training environments.
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives.
