Production Support- Swing Shift

Performs the following types of duties: provides support to the packaging lines; performs all the duties required; performs other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support all packaging functions, including Solid Dose, Liquid Mix, Mezzanine, and Packaging Supplies
• Operate and maintain proficiency across all packaging lines
• Provide flexible coverage and fill in as needed to ensure smooth packaging operations
• Utilize ERP system (Oracle) for lot assign, allocation, transfer, and transaction activities
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Participate in training across production support functions and packaging lines
• Apply basic math skills in daily operations
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavier materials using appropriate equipment
• Hold and maintain forklift certification
• Communicate professionally with peers, management, and cross-functional teams across shifts and departments
• Serve as a key contributor to the success and efficiency of all packaging areas

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in multiple packaging environments
• Demonstrated capability to follow safety protocols and operate equipment
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
