Role Overview

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand role requirements, shape sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will help build strong talent pipelines, support hiring decisions with market insight, and keep recruitment activity moving with quality and consistency.

What will you do?

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role profiles, and align on sourcing approaches.
• Create or refine job descriptions and support the development of effective hiring plans for each requisition.
• Conduct competency-based screening and coordinate interview panels and debrief discussions.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social recruiting, and industry groups.
• Use platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday to identify, track, and manage talent.
• Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders to maintain visibility on hiring progress.
• Support offer approvals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding, workforce planning, and continuous improvement efforts within the talent acquisition function.

• Work as one team with HR and business partners, building trust and bringing diverse perspectives into hiring decisions.
• Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience by keeping communication clear, timely, and professional.
• Use recruitment data and hiring feedback to improve sourcing effectiveness and support better outcomes over time.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or search firm recruiting, with exposure to full-cycle hiring.
• Experience sourcing and hiring across functions in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment tools, with practical experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate fit, and communicate hiring recommendations clearly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Exposure to employer branding initiatives or campus recruitment.
• Experience working in a tech, consulting, or multinational environment.
• Certification in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related discipline.
• Experience with vendor management or coordinating external recruitment partners.
