We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Area Engineer to join us at our facility in Front Royal, VA.

We serve customers in the automotive, transportation, general industrial and architectural and decorative sectors. An engineer must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. He or she should be competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
This career requires analytical and mathematical skills, and a firm understanding of the main principles of engineering and construction.
A Site Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Work with site engineering & maintenance resources to develop scope and objectives.
Follow process and identify phases and design requirements.
Develop estimates including equipment, construction and commissioning cost.
Perform financial analysis.
Provide leadership through the approval process.
Coordinate Mechanical, Process & Electrical design with in-house and contracted resources.
Assist with providing daily construction management support.
Maintains project design and commissioning documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering degree preferred or 5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
Industrial plant experience in chemical processing preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
Good interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills with the ability to influence managers, peers, and maintenance team.
Ability to utilize other software tools as appropriate SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)

The expected compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD annually. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
