We're one of the fastest-growing companies in unattended retail tech - 800+ customers, 150+ people, and a product that's redefining how the world shops - and we need a hands-on IT Operations Specialist (100%) to be the central point of contact for our Digital Workplace Ecosystem!
If you love helping people, getting software tools to work seamlessly, running smooth rollouts, and educating teams on how to get the most out of their tech, this role is for you. You will be the friendly, reliable face of IT—resolving day-to-day tool issues, deploying equipment, onboarding users, and making sure our global software stack is used to its full potential.
What You'll Do
- The Go-To Tech Resolver: Be the primary contact for day-to-day software and hardware issues, fixing user problems fast so everyone can work without frustration.
- The Onboarding & Tool Educator: Guide new hires through IT setup and run hands-on enablement for internal tools (VMS, Hubspot, MDM, GWS, Slack, Gemini), helping business teams actually understand and master their software.
- The Hands-On Rollout Driver: Lead practical, day-to-day deployments for key initiatives like VMS integrations, Cybersecurity protocols, MDM setups, and new tool rollouts across our devices.
- The Equipment & Workplace Engine: Manage hardware inventory, laptop provisioning, and device configurations, ensuring every team member gets smooth, ready-to-use tech from day one.
- The Stack Administrator (Bye-bye Shadow IT): Keep our active tools organized, track software licenses, bring unauthorized apps into official processes, and deal directly with IT suppliers and vendors.
- The Process Standardization Lead: Follow established IT guidelines and turn them into clear, easy-to-understand guides and workflows for our expanding international team across 6 countries.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 Years of Hands-On IT Support Experience: Proven track record in IT service desk support, end-user training, or systems administration (ideally coming from an MSP or fast-paced tech environment).
- Tooling & Platform Familiarity: Practical experience supporting modern workplace tools—VMS platforms, MDM tools, CRM systems, SaaS applications, and security setups.
- People Skills & Patient Educator: You genuinely enjoy helping non-technical colleagues, translating tech jargon into plain English, and training teams on software tools.
- Vendor & License Organization: Experience keeping track of software subscriptions, device inventories, and supplier contacts.
- Language & Location: Fluent English (Italian and/or German are a plus). You should be based near or easily able to reach our Ticino hub near the Italian border, with the flexibility to travel to our Zurich office 1–2 times per month.
Why Join Us
- High Visibility & Direct Impact: Be the hero of the office who makes everyone's daily work easier, with complete ownership of day-to-day IT support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with business leads and operations across 6 countries to educate and support them on their daily tools.
- No-BS Culture: Join a fast-moving, international team that values clear action, fast execution, and great company swag!
- Your Career Catalyst: The ideal step for a mid-level IT professional looking to move from multi-client MSP firefighting into owning internal IT enablement for a single growing company.
