Job Description Summary:

Our Digital Transformation
The CocaCola Company is evolving into a more digitalfirst, datadriven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end to end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Working across Product Management, Technology Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and business leadership, the Director establishes the operating rhythm for strategic planning, portfolio governance, financial management, performance reporting, and executive decision-making. The role ensures digital investments remain aligned to enterprise priorities while driving transparency, accountability, and execution excellence across the Digital Transformation portfolio.

As a strategic leader, this role fosters a culture of outcome-based delivery, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and disciplined portfolio management that maximizes enterprise value.

What You will do for us Requirements and Qualifications Skills

  • Lead the Digital PMO and enterprise portfolio management function, establishing governance, planning, and value realization processes across the Operating Unit's digital portfolio.

  • Oversee portfolio financial management, including investment planning, budget alignment, forecasting, benefits tracking, and business case governance.

  • Drive portfolio risk management by proactively identifying dependencies, resource constraints, execution risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Establish standardized portfolio management methodologies, governance practices, reporting frameworks, and delivery controls across the Digital organization.

  • Leverage analytics, AI-enabled planning, and scenario modeling to improve forecasting accuracy, resource optimization, and investment decision-making.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and outcome-based delivery across the Digital PMO.

  • Develop organizational capabilities in portfolio management, governance, planning, and value realization through coaching, standards, and best practices.
