Pay: $15.75 per hour
Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
Enforce Operational Procedures: Perform opening and closing procedures, handle emergencies per policies.
Maintain Communication: Provide instructions, answer phones, share information.
Enhance Employee Experience: Promote harmony, resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and share duties.
Ensure Guest Service: Enforce schedules, manage breaks, streamline workflows.
Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Offer information, address complaints, monitor staff training.
Support Management: Execute delegated tasks, suggest projects, assist with disciplinary actions.
Uphold Standards: Evaluate employee performance, ensure compliance with procedures, improve efficiency.
Manage Inventory: Track equipment issues and returns, review overdue contracts, update records.
Maintain Housekeeping: Oversee housekeeping duties, enforce signage and crowd control.
Promote Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines, ensure clean work areas, and use equipment safely.
Ensure Liability Compliance: Pass required certifications, monitor ski technicians’ work.
Contribute to Team Effort: Support overall team objectives and assist with tasks as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
At least 1 season working in Ski Rentals
