We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Manager to support the growth of our Facilities Management operations in the Philippines. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring effective people practices, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational performance across multiple operational sites.Job Description
Mission:
Carry out the assigned project activities within their unit/department in accordance with established procedures, in order to facilitate compliance with set deadlines and coordinate the necessary resources (human and material), while promoting the implementation of significant improvements to the project.
They are responsible for the execution of service contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with the established specifications and budget. Their most common responsibilities include: managing contracts, preparing budget estimates, planning and defining service phases, supervising the activities of subcontractors, subordinate staff, and operators, verifying the quality of work throughout all phases of service delivery, among others.
Required Skills and Competencies
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business and operations leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and operational performance.
• Lead and develop the local HR team while promoting continuous improvement in HR processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with operational teams in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Services, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
