We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will have the unique advantage of working with pre-qualified leads provided by the company, allowing you to focus on what you do best—selling and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Pre-Qualified Leads: Meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in our remodeling services. All leads are pre-qualified, ensuring that you are speaking with customers who are ready to make a decision.

• Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with potential customers by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and presenting tailored remodeling solutions.

• Close Sales: Utilize your sales expertise to guide customers through the decision-making process, answer their questions, and close deals efficiently.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our marketing and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to project completion.

Qualifications:
