Summary:
Ensures reliability, availability, and operational stability of enterprise endpoint management services across physical devices and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Partners with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to reduce operational risk, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the end-user experience across cloud-first endpoint environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-High availability monitoring proactive health checks & incident support
-Operate Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365, Autopilot & co-management
-Monitor compliance/patching drift, tune alerts, build health dashboards
-PowerShell, Graph API, proactive remediations — eliminate toil
ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & DR/BC support
-Cross-team engagement incident comms, mentoring & post-incident reviews

Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, Co-management
Endpoint Analytics, Windows Update for Business, Patch & Software Deployment

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
8–12+ years in Endpoint Management / Digital Workplace ops
Hands-on with Intune, SCCM/MECM & Windows endpoint management
Enterprise-scale physical & Windows 365 Cloud PC environments
Strong PowerShell scripting & automation skills
Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
