Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a POA Requirements Manager (f/m) to join our Surveillance & POA Compliance - QT department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of the QTOR - POA Requirements team developing continuous compliance solutions against EASA Part-21G safety and airworthiness regulations. As part of this team, you will be involved in Exposition Manual management (POM A30), Part-21G regulation cascade, and activity digitalization aiming at protecting and enhancing Airbus Production Organisation Approval (POA).

Your challenges:
- Act as primary interface with EASA to negotiate complex regulatory topics and defend business interests while ensuring total safety compliance.
- Ensure continuous Part-21G compliance and maintain key POA elements including the Production Organisation Exposure manual (POM A30).
- Manage POA nominees rules and drive scope of work granularity improvements in collaboration with authorities.
- Define business requirements and test scenarios for the digitalization of POA activities ("My POA" tool).
- Provide expert support on EASA findings, scope changes, transformation projects, and deliver POA training across the business.
Your boarding pass:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Quality, Programme, or Operations.
- Strong technical expertise in POA regulations / EASA Part-21G framework (or demonstrated willingness to learn).
- Proven skills in problem-solving methodology and technical writing (procedures, formal reports).
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication capabilities in multicultural environments.
- Fluent level in English (written and spoken) to effectively interface with internal teams and external aviation authorities.
