What you'll do...

As a General Manager at this Walmart Distribution Center, you will lead a high-performing operation that plays a critical role in delivering products to customers and stores efficiently and safely. What You’ll Do

• Lead the execution of the facility business plan to achieve operational goals related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing strategies to ensure the facility is appropriately staffed to meet current and future business demands.
• Manage facility financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, optimizing asset utilization, and analyzing operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and Logistics quality, safety, and operational standards through consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns by investigating issues thoroughly, making informed decisions, and driving positive outcomes.
• Develop and lead facility associates and leaders by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, supporting talent development, and participating in hiring, promotion, and succession planning efforts.
• Work cross-functionally with store operators, merchants, replenishment and supply chain providers to provide service, resolve issues, and lead impact recovery efforts for the market.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,800.00 - $226,200.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
