Job Description:

SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*

• Associate will take the ownership of operational management and delivery of all

utility’s services delivered within Johnson & Johnson Aurangabad location. This includes the management of customer interface within the designated area of an estate; ensuring efficient service delivery for day to-day running of the sites, and provision of a consistent strong link with internal customers, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address any and all internal stakeholders concerns.

• Facilities & Maintenance operations to meet requirements under GMP, EHS. Periodic update

of safety and environmental action plan. Implement best practices, factors performance

metrics and leads personnel to exceed world-class performance in inventory and cost

management. Steers the facilities excellence program in regard to best practices,

performance metrics, and personnel facilities management and capital expenditure.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate

Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

a. Technical Deliverables:

• Oversees the deployment of facilities O&M in order to ensure compliance and contribute to

an optimum work environment.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of facilities and machinery, manufacturing systems,

mechanical and electromechanical equipment, and provides laboratory support.

• Create and drives priorities and timelines for facilities job completion while working to

control costs, expenses, and manage to budgets.

• Present finalized procedures in defined formats for document control and diligently verify

files and records for historical purposes.

• Submit ad-hoc estimates of design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials,

preparation, and other related expenses for budgetary purposes.

• Routine maintenance management of Facilities & Process plant equipment excellence.

• Develop I analyze statistical data and machine specification so as to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product, in process and maintenance of clean rooms.

• Ensure to comply with ISO 14644-1 for Clean room and Aseptic sealing process by

scheduling non-viable particle count, DOP & Air Velocity schedule.

• Observe and promote all regulatory requirements as defined per applicable regulations,

rules and procedures established by the Company, and notifies any violation or deviation

to the immediate supervisor or appropriate authority.

• Comply with all training requirements to perform duties of the job.

• Operation, Maintenance & routine testing's under CM Environment.

• Operation & maintenance of Steam generation & distribution system at site.

• Operation & maintenance of ETO Scrubber, Nitrogen generator, Chilled Water, RO water,

HVAC, Clean Room, Air compressor, Boiler, PSG installed at site.

• Ensure availability of mechanical facilities for smooth operation of base business machines.

• Overall support to new facilities installation and commissioning.

• Ensure safe working conditions of facilities.

• Maintain facilities in optimum working conditions with use of good maintenance practices.

• AMC and vendor management for facilities.

b. Compliance & Training:

• Observes & promotes all regulatory requirements as defined per applicable regulations,

rules & procedures established by the Company, and notified any violation or deviation to

the immediate supervisor or appropriate authority.

• Complies with all training requirements to perform duties of the job.

• Ensure adherence/compliance to Records Management policies and procedures, as

applicable.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Train and coach others.

• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and

Environmental practices as applicable.

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local

and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*

• Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering Diploma with maintenance related experience including sound knowledge of facilities utilities and GMP.

• Thorough working knowledge of one functional area through significant job experience &

training.

• Experience of supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional

function.

• Likely to have minimum 6-8 years' experience for Engineering graduate.
