Brindar soporte técnico especializado a usuarios finales y sistemas corporativos, garantizando la disponibilidad, estabilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de la infraestructura tecnológica de la organización. Actuar como punto de escalamiento para incidentes complejos, gestionando la resolución de problemas relacionados con hardware, software, redes, servicios en la nube y plataformas empresariales.

What will your functions be?

Soporte Técnico

• Proporcionar soporte de primer & segundo Nivel a usuarios internos y externos.
• Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes relacionados con sistemas operativos, aplicaciones empresariales y dispositivos informáticos.
• Gestionar solicitudes de servicio e incidentes mediante herramientas de ticketing.
• Realizar análisis de causa raíz (Root Cause Analysis) para problemas recurrentes.
• Escalar incidentes críticos a proveedores o equipos especializados cuando sea necesario.

Administración de Infraestructura

• Administrar y dar soporte a entornos Windows.
• Gestionar Active Directory, Azure Active Directory y políticas de grupo (GPO).
• Monitorear servidores, redes y servicios críticos para garantizar su disponibilidad.
• Instalar, configurar y mantener estaciones de trabajo, laptops, impresoras y dispositivos móviles.
• Gestionar cuentas de usuario, permisos y accesos a sistemas corporativos.

Soporte Cloud y Microsoft 365

• Administrar servicios de Microsoft 365.
• Gestionar Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online y OneDrive.
• Dar soporte a soluciones en la nube como Microsoft Azure y otros servicios SaaS.
• Implementar controles de seguridad y gobernanza de identidades.

Seguridad Informática

• Aplicar políticas de seguridad de TI y cumplimiento corporativo.
• Gestionar antivirus, herramientas EDR y soluciones de protección de endpoints.
• Participar en actividades de respuesta a incidentes de seguridad.
• Ejecutar revisiones periódicas de accesos y vulnerabilidades.

Documentación y Mejora Continua

• Mantener documentación técnica, procedimientos y bases de conocimiento actualizadas.
• Elaborar guías y materiales de capacitación para los usuarios.
