ESPECIALISTA DE DATOS

Objetivo de la posicion:

Transformar e integrar datos de clientes, ventas, red y operaciones en información estratégica y accionable, desarrollando análisis, indicadores, modelos y automatizaciones que permitan anticipar oportunidades y riesgos, respaldar la toma de decisiones y contribuir a la optimización de los resultados del negocio, la eficiencia operativa y la experiencia del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener fuentes de datos, cubos de información, indicadores, alarmas y dashboards en Power BI que permitan monitorear el desempeño comercial y faciliten la toma oportuna de decisiones en los segmentos B2C.

• Analizar e integrar información de clientes, ventas, red y operaciones para identificar tendencias, desviaciones, oportunidades y riesgos que contribuyan al desarrollo y optimización de las iniciativas comerciales de B2C.

• Desarrollar y automatizar análisis, reportes financieros e indicadores clave de desempeño —KPIs—, asegurando la disponibilidad, consistencia y oportunidad de la información requerida para los cierres y el seguimiento de resultados de B2C.

• Construir y optimizar modelos analíticos y de propensidad para identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada, incremento de consumo y prevención de abandono, contribuyendo al crecimiento del ARPU, los ingresos y la permanencia de los clientes.

• Implementar alarmas, controles y reportes de seguimiento que permitan evaluar el avance y los resultados de las iniciativas comerciales, detectar desviaciones y facilitar la adopción de medidas preventivas o correctivas.

• Generar, segmentar y automatizar bases de datos para campañas, promociones, comunicaciones y compensaciones de clientes, integrando las herramientas tecnológicas disponibles y asegurando que la información responda a los criterios y objetivos definidos por el negocio.

Requisitos:

• Graduado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Industrial o Estadística.

• MBA, Proyectos, Big Data, Finanzas, Mercadeo. (Deseable)

• 3 - 5 años de Experiencia

Conocimientos Específicos:

• Estadística Avanzada

• Manejo De Bases De Datos (Sql)

• Excel Avanzado

• Ingles Intermedio
