Daily Pre-Set Leads & Hands-On Mentorship Provided
The Company
Founded in 1978, Rooftop Chimney Sweeps has grown from a local side hustle into a premier home services brand with a 45+ year legacy. Owned and operated by brothers Tristan and Dylan, we pair strong family values with modern business infrastructure.
Our company is built on a structured management framework that provides clear growth pathways, transparent communication, and an ego-free, supportive work culture where expectations are well-defined, feedback is constructive, and achievements are celebrated.
The Role
As a Pricing Technician, you are the link between technical diagnostics and customer solutions. You won't just sweep chimneys—you will perform visual and video inspections (fireplaces, utility flues, masonry, and HVAC connections) and educate homeowners using our proven consultation framework.
No prior chimney experience is required! If you bring high coachability and a strong work ethic, we will teach you the trade.
