Description
Employment Type: Part-time, 1099 contract (14 hours/week).
Rate: $55.00/hour.
- Competitive rate of $55.00/hour.
- Part-time, 14 hours per week, with 90% remote work flexibility.
- Contract term of 52 weeks (1 year), contingent on continued funding and satisfactory performance, with potential for extension.
- Valuable experience on behavioral health projects contributing to evidence-based initiatives that impact tobacco use disorder treatment and quality improvement.
- Mission-driven non-profit environment focused on improving patient outcomes through best practices and resource development in behavioral health.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a behavioral health field or equivalent.
- Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in New York State.
- At least three (3) years of experience working on behavioral health-related projects.
- Experience in quality improvement preferred.
- Proficiency in developing resources, identifying best practices, and contributing to report writing and deliverables.
- Strong clinical expertise in behavioral health and tobacco use disorder.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project leads and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Report to the Program Lead / Health Information Technology Subject Matter Expert.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the development of resources and identification of best practices around the use of evidence-based guidelines to identify and treat tobacco use disorder.
- Assist with content for report writing and deliverables, and other activities as needed.
