業務内容

入社後の主な業務（研修・OJTを通じて習得）

• 建設安全コンサルティング業務のサポート
• データ分析およびレポート作成
• クライアント向け資料の作成
• クライアントミーティングへの参加
• 国内外の専門家との協働

プロジェクト業務

• クライアントの建設現場における労働安全コンサルティング
• インシデントおよびニアミスの管理・分析・報告
• 労働安全衛生関連法令の遵守状況確認
• 安全監査および現場レビューの実施
• セーフティカルチャー醸成の支援
• 労働安全衛生に関する改善提案およびフィードバックの提供
   

研修・育成制度

建設安全や労働安全衛生分野での実務経験は必須ではありません。

入社後は、経験豊富なコンサルタントによる研修およびOJTを通じて、以下の知識・スキルを体系的に習得いただきます。

• 建設安全・労働安全衛生の基礎知識
• 安全監査およびリスク評価手法
• クライアントコミュニケーション
• レポート作成・プレゼンテーションスキル
• コンサルティングおよびプロジェクトマネジメントの基礎

未経験からでも建設安全分野の専門コンサルタントとして成長できる環境を提供します。
 

応募資格（Must）

学歴

以下いずれかの分野で学士または修士を取得済み、もしくは取得見込みの方

• 土木工学/建築学
   

語学力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（JLPT N2以上を目安）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
   

経験

• 実務経験不問
• 第二新卒歓迎
• 未経験者歓迎

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (Developed Through Training and OJT)

• Support construction safety consulting projects
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports
• Develop presentations and materials for clients
• Participate in client meetings
• Collaborate with technical experts in Japan and globally
   

Project Responsibilities

• Support construction safety consulting activities at client sites
• Manage, analyze, and report incidents and near-miss events
• Review compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct safety audits and site assessments
• Support the development of a strong safety culture
• Provide recommendations for improving workplace health and safety performance
   

Training & Development

Prior experience in construction safety or occupational health and safety is not required.

You will receive structured training and on-the-job coaching from experienced consultants to develop expertise in:

• Construction safety management
• Occupational health and safety principles
• Risk assessment methodologies
• Safety auditing techniques
• Client communication and engagement
• Consulting and project management fundamentals

This role provides a clear pathway to becoming a construction safety consultant, even without prior industry experience.
 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or expected) in:

• Civil Engineering/Architecture
   

Language Skills

• Japanese: Business level or above (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
• English: Business level or above
   

Experience

• No prior work experience required
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are welcome
• Candidates without construction safety experience are encouraged to apply

• Internship experience in construction, civil engineering, or architecture
