Job Description
We are now offering a unique and great opportunity to join our team at Vialto in Copenhagen, a truly global technology firm specializing in global mobility services. We advise many of the largest international companies and their employees on complex matters related to tax, social security, immigration, equity and compliance cross border matters. We are now looking for an ambitious and eager part-time student (15 hours per week) to strengthen our Danish team.
As a Junior Tax Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in international tax advisory and develop valuable insight into how some of the biggest global companies manage compliance and mobility across jurisdictions with the best technology solutions in the industry. You will work closely with highly experienced colleagues and become an important part of an engaged, multidisciplinary and technology driven team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with preparation of tax returns, tax applications, and tax calculations for mobile employees
- Support the team on tax, social security, and global mobility matters as needed
- Provide day-to-day support to mobile employees, including guidance on processes, policies, and documentation
- Help manage business travel compliance, including documentation and regulatory requirements (e.g., PWD)
- Contribute to client service delivery through coordination with colleagues and external providers, reporting, and ongoing communication
We are looking for you, who:
- Are studying law, business law, or a similar degree at CBS, KU, or equivalent, and have completed at least 2 years of your studies
- Communicate confidently in both Danish and English
- Have strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Have an interest in tax, international law, or global mobility, which is ideally supported by experience from studying abroad, a relevant student job, or similar
