What You Will Do
- Lead and support the day-to-day activities of a Managed Services operations team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to team members to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of work.
- Monitor workflow, prioritise assignments, and help resolve issues or escalations as they arise.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support service delivery, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure team objectives, quality standards, and performance expectations are consistently met.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members as needed.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
What You Will Need
- Demonstrated experience in financial crime compliance, risk operations, or a related operational environment.
- Strong subject matter expertise in one or more operational workstreams and the ability to provide guidance to team members.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational, managed services, or shared services environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to organise work, manage priorities, and support multiple activities effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution.
- Ability to work full time from the office and support the operational needs of the team.
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Professional certification (ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting quality, performance, or operational reporting activities.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing team members.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices and process optimisation initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is €32,000.00-€53,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
