This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, strategic business partnering, and team leadership within a dynamic global organization.
How you will make an impact

Provide tax advice on business initiatives, cross-border structuring, restructurings, acquisitions, commercial transactions, tendering processes, project execution, and new business models.
Lead all direct and indirect tax matters, including corporate income tax, GST, customs, withholding taxes, and other applicable taxes. Ensure timely and accurate filings, reporting, and documentation.
Oversee tax accounting and reporting activities, including quarterly and annual tax provisions, deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, disclosures, and audit support. Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements.
Drive tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s effective tax rate and cash tax position. Monitor legislative developments, assess business impacts, and coordinate the implementation of global transfer pricing policies, local documentation requirements, and related audit support.
Manage tax audits, assessments, disputes, litigation, and transfer pricing controversies in close alignment with the Tax Leadership Team.
Ensure compliance with listed entity requirements, including reporting significant tax litigation matters to SEBI and providing regular updates to the Audit Committee and Board on key tax developments.
Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and other digital projects, with a focus on automation, controls, process standardization, data quality, and governance.
Lead and develop a high-performing tax team by setting clear goals, strengthening succession planning, fostering accountability and collaboration, and ensuring effective resource planning.
