Nu-Heat was born from a desire to provide underfloor heating solutions in the UK, when in 1992, no supplier existed. Since then, we have been perfecting bespoke, high efficiency home heating systems whilst developing our own industry leading underfloor heating products along the way.

Backed by lifetime technical support and award-winning customer service, our bespoke heating systems are precisely designed for our customers' projects, so they feel the difference.

Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nu-heat has ambitious growth plans.

The Role

The Business Systems Administrator at Nu-Heat is responsible for the daily administration, support, and maintenance of IT business systems, including CRM/ERP platforms like NetSuite and Q&D. Reporting to the CMS IT Business Partner, working closely with the Nu-Heat Finance Director and collaborating with Genuit Group IS teams, this role focuses on improving system efficiency, configuring platforms, and providing user support and training. The Administrator ensures system compliance with Genuit IS policies, manages supplier support contracts, and assists in system improvement projects following Group PMO governance.

This role champions data-driven decision-making, promotes standardisation and automation, and maintains resilient, scalable business operations, all while embodying Genuit's trademark behaviours of "we work together," "we take ownership," and "we find a better way."
