Base Salary: €2500-3000 + attractive commission structure

Role Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Client Relationship Managers / Retention Agents to join an established Forex operation in Limassol, working with the Australian market.

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, assisting them with their accounts, monitoring client trading activity, and ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide ongoing account support.
• Monitor client trading activity and identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Assist clients with platform, account, and trading-related queries.
• Re-engage inactive or less-active clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain high retention levels.
• Work toward individual and team retention and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and activity.
• Follow internal procedures and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Previous Forex retention / client relationship management experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Forex and online trading environments.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and retention abilities.
• Confident communicating with clients by phone and other communication channels.
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Package

€2500-3000 base salary + attractive commissions

06:00–13:30 working hours — ideal for candidates experienced with Australian markets.
