Bring your energy to Aggreko as Project Manager - PDR , based in Dammam.
You will lead the delivery of temporary power and cooling projects for Aggreko customers across the Middle East, covering engineered Power & HVAC solutions. The role owns the full project lifecycle — planning, engineering design, mobilisation, installation, commissioning, operations and demobilisation — ensuring projects run safely, on time, within budget and in line with Aggreko standards and client requirements. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams including Project Engineers and technicians, manages customer relationships, and is accountable for project P&L and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do as Project Manager - PDR :
Lead end-to-end delivery of temporary power and cooling projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk and resources.
Oversee engineering design reviews, equipment selection, logistics and site readiness through mobilisation, installation and commissioning.
Control project costs and revenue to meet agreed P&L targets;
review contracts, proposals and variation orders to protect commercial interests.
Lead and develop the project team (engineers, technicians, subcontractors) and act as the primary point of contact for the customer.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; ensure quality of technical documentation including P&IDs, SLDs, RAMS and method statements.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, Aggreko procedures and local authority requirements across all project sites.
Success criteria:
Projects delivered safely, on time and within budget, meeting agreed P&L targets.
Full compliance with Aggreko QHSE standards and local HSE regulations, with no avoidable incidents.
Strong customer satisfaction and stakeholder alignment, supporting repeat business.
Accurate, timely technical documentation and effective management of contracts and variation orders.
Effective leadership and development of project engineers, technicians and subcontractors.
Project risks identified and mitigated proactively using Aggreko's risk management process.
You are:
HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline, with experience in project management/delivery of engineered projects; PMP or similar advantageous.
2–5 years' project management experience, ideally delivering large-scale, multi-MW temporary power or cooling projects in the Middle East.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and standard project management tools.
Knowledge of QHSE procedures and protocols used in industrial engineering environments (RA, JSA, MS, HAZOP, HAZID, PTSW etc.).
Strong technical knowledge of temporary power generation, distribution and cooling systems, with commercial awareness to manage budgets and contracts.
Full valid driving licence; willing to travel regularly and work weekends/public holidays to meet project schedules.
