Partner with the Project Scheduling Manager to develop, standardize, and support TAKT planning across strategic projects. This role focuses on production planning, schedule optimization, reporting, and supporting Site TAKT Leads to improve execution consistency across multiple campuses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, production planning, or a related field. Experience with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with mission-critical construction, Lean Construction, or TAKT planning is preferred

Travel: 50%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain program-level TAKT schedules.
  • Support schedule optimization, production planning, and recovery efforts.
  • Create and maintain planning templates, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Analyze schedule performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support Site TAKT Leads with planning, training, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Project Controls, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commissioning teams.
  • Support executive reporting and client presentations.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
