Description
The Delivery Driver Supervisor oversees and mentors the delivery team. In addition, this position delivers products to assigned accounts and rotates and merchandises products when needed.

•Able to lift up to 175 lbs. multiple times a day
•Can operate a 2-wheel hand cart on stairs and operate power assisted cart equipment
•Can read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide at high school equivalency level
•Proficient using a computer or tablet and able to learn job specific programs
•Must have a valid Driver’s license Class A CDL
•Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and lift test
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Provide job training to drivers.
•Be available and accessible to assigned people at the beginning of day to provide direction, feedback and handle any issues.
•Monitor delivery persons’ efforts in stock rotation, code dates, pricing, POS placement, display building, cooler and shelf stocking, customer service and other assigned responsibilities.
•Ride with Drivers on a regular basis to evaluate overall job performance.
•Maintain updated routing and schedule information by route.
•Create work schedules related to sick leave, vacation and injuries.
•Follow up on all complaints in close coordination with the appropriate supervisor to ensure problems are solved and to prevent recurrence.
•Ensure all program, pricing and promotion information is reviewed with and given to all delivery personnel each month.
•Update and maintain D.O.T. Driver Files.
•Conduct all GB required employee growth conversations with team members (such as Performance Conversations and CNDs).
•Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
•Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
