Sr. Process Innovation Specialist

Job Summary

Drive data-driven process innovation across fulfillment and warehouse operations by applying analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.

• Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to design and implement sustainable process improvements.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive optimization initiatives.

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and effectively communicate performance insights.

• Lead cross-functional projects and pilot programs from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment center operations.

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex operational problems using data.

• Strong understanding of KPI development, root cause analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing large-scale data analysis using SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.

• Experience with simulation, optimization modeling, or operations research techniques.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation technologies, and operational analytics platforms.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
