About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Aligned Finance Manager

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of individual contributor financial analysts on diverse low to moderate complexity business groups regarding matters related to financial data forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
• Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research
• Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning for a specific business unit, division, or product
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement on product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
• Make decisions and resolve issues on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting to meet objectives
• Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
• Lead implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
• Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers to manage risk and implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience

Job Expectation :

Corporate Properties Group, portfolio finance and FP&A

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis and multiyear outlooks for assigned Corporate Properties Group portfolios and related platform activities, including operating expense, capital expenditure, depreciation and workplace costs.
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast and prior periods; identify business drivers, risks and opportunities; and translate findings into decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders.
• Partner across Corporate Properties Group, Finance, Accounting, Data and Technology to connect workforce, location, occupancy, service demand and portfolio decisions with financial outcomes.
• Develop business cases, driver-based models and scenarios for leases, workplace initiatives, capital investments, expansions, consolidations and exits, including return, sensitivity and total-cost analysis.
• Prepare executive reporting and performance reviews covering occupancy expense, capital spend, depreciation, utilization, forecast accuracy, savings and investment benefits.
• Standardize reporting, analytical methods and driver assumptions to improve consistency, transparency and decision support.

People leadership and talent development

• Manage and develop Finance professionals through clear priorities, work allocation, coaching, feedback, performance management and career development.
• Balance recurring FP&A cycles, strategic work and emerging stakeholder needs; review deliverables for analytical quality and executive readiness.
• Build team capability through development plans, stretch assignments, cross-training, knowledge sharing and exposure across portfolios and stakeholders.
• Create sustainable capacity through documentation, succession planning and backup coverage while fostering an inclusive, collaborative and accountable environment.

Stakeholder leadership and decision support

• Act as a trusted Finance partner to senior Corporate Properties Group, Finance and enterprise stakeholders, leading financial discussions and constructively challenging assumptions.
• Present complex financial and portfolio matters in clear business language, build alignment across differing priorities and communicate trade-offs.
• Represent the team in cross-functional planning, investment and transformation forums, escalating material issues with recommended actions.

Risk, controls and governance

• Maintain a strong control environment across planning, forecasting, reporting, business cases and portfolio-finance activities, ensuring outputs are accurate, reviewed and appropriately documented.
• Identify risks related to data, models, assumptions, manual processes and system dependencies; establish proportionate reconciliation, approval and escalation routines.
• Partner with Accounting, Controls, Risk, Audit, Technology and Data teams to resolve issues, strengthen sustainable processes and promote timely remediation.

AI, automation and process improvement

• Identify and lead practical automation, analytics and approved AI opportunities across reporting, data preparation, reconciliation, workflow and scenario analysis.
• Drive adoption by defining the business problem, value, ownership, training and success measures, while maintaining human review, validation, documentation and access controls.
• Measure benefits from automation and process improvement, including capacity released, cycle-time gains, reporting rationalization and improved decision support.
