Join Our Team as an Intern for the International Partner Development Team!

Are you passionate about building international relationships, supporting dynamic teams, and ensuring seamless operations across borders? We are looking for a talented Intern to join our International Partner Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and specialized support to the International Partnerships team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for effective communication with international franchisees and partners, fostering meaningful and productive relationships.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences involving global partners, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and venue coordination.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and engaging presentations on franchise activities, tracking progress and highlighting key achievements.
• Assist in the implementation of franchise initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

Ideal Experience

• Experience in a business support or administrative role, ideally within an international or partnership-focused environment.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with franchise or partnership management is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
