You will be based in Springfield TN. The hours start at 3:00 pm and end at 11:30 pm Monday through Friday. This role supports production.

The Customer Assurance associate, audits assembly processes and product for quality, and initiates, implements, and completes data entry actions per Electrolux North America’s procedures and guidelines.

Your main tasks:

  • Essential daily quality support of the statistical lab requirements
  • Perform testing on “end of line product” to assure products meet or exceed quality standards per the guidelines
  • Daily proactive engagement and support with operations teams.
  • Supports Quality Department initiatives
  • Monitors, maintains, and communicates all quality related issues and seeks support on all issues that are critical.
  • Assist in quality improvement and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to use a computer.
  • Basic knowledge of measuring equipment (height gage, micrometer, caliper, gap gauges, etc.) and application of engineering drawings.
  • Able to stand for much of the shift.
  • Must communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge a plus. 

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift packages 25 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
  • Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
  • Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
