Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and resolve issues as they arise
- Support procurement activities and track material deliveries
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project alignment and transparency
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
