Job Description
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to support business decision-making.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, market updates, and recruitment progress reporting.
Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts through digital platforms, professional networks, referrals, and talent mapping initiatives.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support workforce planning discussions and provide talent acquisition solutions aligned with business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to advise stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies.
Maintain recruitment data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline health.
Participate in talent acquisition projects, process improvement initiatives, and HR transformation efforts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related Human Resources functions.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting mid-to-senior level talent across multiple business functions.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
Strong expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
Experience within banking, financial services, consulting, or multinational organizations will be an added advantage.
