About Neolytix
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare technology and services company serving 280+ provider organizations across Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centres in Chicago, Gurugram, and Manila. We are at a genuine inflection point — transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model, with proprietary platforms like our InCredibly credentialing product going to market. Our marketing function is being built out seriously, which makes this a rare moment to join early and grow fast.
The Opportunity
This is a launchpad role for MBA Marketing graduates. You’ll join a high-visibility marketing team and get hands-on exposure across the entire modern B2B marketing stack — brand, content, demand generation, digital and performance marketing, product marketing, account-based marketing, and marketing operations/analytics — while being mentored by senior marketers and working directly on a live US healthcare SaaS go-to-market.
You will start broad (learning how each function connects), then progressively take ownership of a channel or program as you find your strengths. The work is real: campaigns that run, content that ships, data that drives decisions, and a clear line of sight to how marketing creates pipeline and revenue. This is the kind of first role that compounds — the breadth you build here becomes the foundation of a marketing leadership career.
What You’ll Do
Market, Customer & Competitive Research
  • Research the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, physician groups, specialty and behavioral-health practices) and build simple, decision-ready briefs.
  • Track competitors — positioning, pricing signals, and campaigns — and maintain a living competitive-intelligence repository.
Content & Campaigns
  • Draft and edit marketing content — emails, landing pages, social posts, one-pagers, case-study outlines — under the guidance of senior marketers.
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution: briefs, timelines, creative coordination, QA, and launch checklists.
Demand Generation & Digital / Performance
  • Assist on paid and organic programs — email nurture, SEO basics, LinkedIn and paid social, and webinar/event promotion.
  • Learn to read campaign data (opens, clicks, conversions, cost-per-lead) and help optimise based on what the numbers say.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
  • Support positioning and messaging work; help build sales-enablement assets — pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs — for the US mid-market.
  • Help translate product capabilities into clear, outcome-focused narratives for healthcare buyers.
Marketing Operations, ABM & Analytics
  • Maintain CRM/marketing-automation hygiene in HubSpot — lists, segmentation, campaign tagging, and basic workflows.
  • Support account-based marketing: account research, enrichment, and prioritised lists for Sales.
  • Build and maintain simple dashboards; prepare monthly performance summaries for leadership.
What You’ll Learn
Within your first year, you’ll build genuine, portfolio-worthy skills across:
  • Modern B2B demand generation and performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email).
  • Marketing technology and operations — HubSpot, CRM, attribution, and campaign analytics.
  • Product marketing and go-to-market — positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Account-based marketing and intent-driven targeting for a real US SaaS motion.
  • Data-driven decision-making — turning campaign metrics into clear recommendations.
Your Growth Path

Months 0–3 (Foundation):  Structured onboarding across the marketing stack — US healthcare context, our products, tools, and how each function connects. You shadow, learn the systems, and own your first small deliverables.
Months 3–6 (Contribution):  Take ownership of specific tasks and a channel or program area, supported by a mentor. Your content ships and your campaigns run.
Months 6–12 (Specialisation):  Focus on your strengths — demand gen, product marketing, ABM, or marketing ops — and own measurable outcomes in that area.
What You Bring
Must-Have
  • MBA in Marketing (recent graduate) with a genuine passion for building a career in marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal English — you can write cleanly and present ideas with confidence.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers — you’re curious about what data is telling you.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs).
  • A learning mindset, ownership, and high attention to detail — you finish what you start and sweat the details.
Preferred (a bonus, not required)
  • Marketing internships, live projects, or a portfolio (campaigns, content, social, or analytics).
  • Familiarity with any marketing tools — HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta, or SEO basics.
  • Interest in or exposure to B2B, SaaS, US markets, or healthcare.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing is mandatory and must be completed (recent graduate). Undergraduate degree must also be completed — candidates currently pursuing, with backlogs, or an incomplete degree are not eligible.
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English — this is a communication-heavy, US-facing marketing role.
  • Work mode & shift: Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) with overlap into US working hours.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates able to start soon are preferred.
Who You Are
  • Curious and proactive — you ask good questions and go find answers without waiting to be told.
  • Both creative and analytical — you can write a compelling line and read a conversion report.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you’re excited that some things here are still being built.
  • Coachable and hungry to grow — you take feedback well and act on it.
Selection Process
  • Application review (resume; a portfolio or marketing project, if you have one, helps).
  • Marketing aptitude / short case exercise.
  • Interview with the Marketing team, followed by an HR discussion.
