You act as a trusted Partner for our onsite Logistics Management and work alongside a diverse team of colleagues from business engagement, delivering high-quality people products and consultancy.

The Logistics Management is part of the largest Business Unit at Zalando, and is responsible for providing the best possible and most sustainable post-purchase experience in fashion. They ensure seamless delivery, a returns process that’s second to none, and unparalleled customer care. Furthermore, they design state-of-the-art logistics technologies, leveraging data and insights to make Zalando the Starting Point for Fashion.

In this role, you support around 60 individuals up to Head level, mainly within the area of expertise in Logistics Operations. Apart from working with internal stakeholders, you also help drive and foster collaboration with other Business Partners supporting Zalando’s international sites.

The role is located in Nogarole Rocca.
