Your role at Baxter
The Channel Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting daily operational activities for the Medical Products Division and the US Hospital Products Division. This position performs analysis, researches and resolves complex requests received through different sources, including emails, shared mailboxes and SharePoint. The role will work collaboratively with Sales, Contracts Management, Customer Service, Customer Master, Supply Chain, IT and other Channel Operations stakeholders.
In addition to day-to-day operational support, this role will support the migration to Model N, including system readiness, testing support, data validation, issue tracking, process transition, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization. The contractor will help ensure business continuity during the migration and stabilization period while maintaining service levels and operational accuracy.
What you will do
Process monthly and daily activities according to the operational calendar to ensure compliance with established SLAs.
Support Model N migration and stabilization activities, including UAT support, data validation, defect/issue tracking, process documentation, hypercare support and post-go-live operational stabilization.
Partner with IT, Sales, Contracts Management and Channel Operations stakeholders to identify process gaps, validate system outputs and escalate risks or issues related to the Model N transition.
Utilize Model N, Excel, JDEdwards, Cognos, Outlook and SharePoint to resolve requests and operational issues.
Resolve errors related to traces, chargebacks, cross-reference errors, PCN errors and other operational exceptions.
Support and prepare weekly and/or monthly uploads.
Create, update and maintain SOPs, job aids and process documentation, including updates required due to the Model N migration.
Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field preferred.
Required hands-on experience using Model N, including the ability to navigate the system, validate data and support operational issue resolution.
2+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Finance Operations, Contract Operations, Pricing, Chargebacks, Accounts Receivable or related operational processes.
Experience supporting system migrations, UAT, hypercare, post-go-live stabilization or process transition activities is highly preferred.
Demonstrated finance, commercial operations or contract operations competencies and qualifications.
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with AS400 and ERP systems such as JDE Oracle is a plus.
