[What the role is]
[LTA-PT] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, ASSET MANAGEMENT & RECORDS[What you will be working on]
The Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division is responsible for the operations, maintenance and management of bus infrastructure to support smooth bus operations and maintain a positive commuter experience.
You will be part of a dynamic team managing bus interchanges and depots under the Bus Contracting Model. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders on infrastructure, operational and land-related matters.
You will be responsible for:
Tracking of bus operators’ compliance to maintenance requirements stipulated in the bus contracts.
Managing the division’s bus infrastructure records, including bus stops.
Coordinating with stakeholders across operators and internal divisions on bus infrastructure matters.
Managing Deputy Director’s calendar.
Budget Officer for the division.
Managing the use of Bus Maintenance System (BMMS) for bus infrastructure assets.
Managing land-related matters, including Written Permission.
Feedback coordinator.
[What we are looking for]
Knowledge in any discipline.
Preferably with relevant working experience in the bus industry, asset management, contract management or procurement.
Candidates with more substantial relevant experience may be considered for Manager level.
Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills, with good attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders across all organisational levels.
Resourceful, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operating environment.
Candidates without direct experience but with strong interest and relevant skills are welcome to apply.
