We are looking for Licensed Insurance Sales & Service Associate to join our growing insurance offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Our associates play an important role in both growing our business and taking exceptional care of our existing customers.
What You’ll Do
● Sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and other available insurance products
● Educate customers on coverage options and recommend solutions based on their individual needs
● Respond to inbound leads and proactively follow up with prospective customers
● Cross-sell and identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
● Provide excellent service to existing policyholders
● Assist customers with policy questions, coverage changes, payments, and general account needs
● Build long-term customer relationships and encourage retention
● Maintain accurate customer and sales records
● Meet individual and office sales, service, and performance goals
● Work collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
● Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
● Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
● Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
● Competitive, motivated, and comfortable working toward performance goals
● Professional, dependable, and organized
● Ability to confidently communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
● Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
● Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
● Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and processes quickly
● Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
