Robotic Machine Operator

About the Role

We are hiring a Robotic Machine Operator for a hands-on, technical manufacturing position. This is not a passive machine-monitoring job. You will be actively involved in setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting multi-axis robotic equipment to produce quality parts.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with advanced manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate multi-axis robotic machinery
  • Prepare equipment for production runs and changeovers
  • Load materials and components into machines
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
  • Identify and correct problems that affect production or quality
  • Verify finished products meet specifications and quality standards
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy
  • Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Work independently while contributing to overall production goals

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating, CNC, robotic, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with machinery and technical equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn equipment setup and operating procedures
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Good math and measurement skills
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot production issues
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Strong commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
