MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 5–10 years’ experience in Banking, Fund Operations, Accounting or Financial Services, with strong exposure to fund/FME banking and accounting.
• Hands-on experience in KYC/AML, onboarding, SEZ filings, AR/AP, invoice management and daily MIS, with good understanding of fund transaction flows.
• Strong accounting systems & MS Office skills

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage banking and operations for the Fund Management Entity (FME) and its funds, with a strong understanding of transaction flows.
• Handle FME accounting, books of accounts, audit coordination, AR/AP, invoicing and fund operation base files.
• Manage KYC/AML, investor onboarding, SEZ filings and daily MIS with strong attention to compliance and controls.
• Drive process improvements and integrated systems to strengthen controls, enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of the fund management business, banking processes and end-to-end transaction lifecycle.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Banking, Finance, Accounting or Fund Operations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, NetSuite or any integrated accounting system.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office with good communication and stakeholder-liaison skills.
• MBA (Finance) preferred, OR minimum 5 years of banking experience.
• CA Inter / Accounting qualification with at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
