Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Mileage Pay: Start at $0.55 per mile plus DPP, 
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 to $1,800 depending on productivity.

• Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 1,900 to 2,200 miles per week.

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome: paid training includes 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay of $800, and immediate transition to solo pay after completion.
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
• Experienced drivers need 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing; military experience considered with a valid DD214.
