We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in New York City, NY. This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, conduct wellness exams, and manage preventive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted New York Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care setting.
