Graphic Designer

What You'll Do

• Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
• Turn creative ideas and briefs into visual concepts that support our brands and business goals.
• Work closely with marketing and other teams to develop impactful and visually consistent materials.
• Design and adapt creative assets across multiple brands while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Bring new creative ideas and perspectives to improve user engagement and the overall visual experience.
• Explore emerging design trends, creative software, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve the design process.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or a similar creative position.
• A strong and diverse portfolio that showcases creativity, design skills, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or comparable tools.
• Previous experience creating content for social media and other digital channels.
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, and branding.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic UI/UX concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Santa Ana, San José, Costa Rica.
