Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant specialized in Asset Management and AI (Now Assist) to join our Managed Services team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Asset Management implementations (HAM/SAM) combined with hands-on experience in AI-driven capabilities and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role will operate within a Managed Services environment primarily focused on ITSM, supporting enhancements, backlog demands, and contributing to the execution of a continuous improvement and evolution roadmap.
The consultant will also interact directly with a US-based client, requiring excellent communication skills and full English fluency.
Additionally, the candidate should have solid knowledge of ITOM and CMDB, ensuring proper integration of asset data, discovery processes, and service mapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Asset Management solutions, covering the full lifecycle (request, procurement, lifecycle, reuse, retirement)
- Configure and optimize key products, including:
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Asset Workspace & Asset Lifecycle processes
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) (nice to have)
- Leverage Now Assist and AI capabilities to drive automation, productivity, and user experience improvements
- Support a Managed Services model, handling:
- Enhancements and backlog demands
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Implementation of new capabilities aligned with roadmap evolution
- Work closely with US-based stakeholders to define requirements and solution architecture
- Ensure integration between Asset Management, ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM
- Support discovery, normalization, and CMDB data governance
- Develop integrations with external systems (ERP, procurement, discovery tools)
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and automation best practices
- Develop dashboards and KPIs focused on asset visibility, compliance, and cost optimization
- Contribute to roadmap definition and execution for platform evolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and Managed Services governance
Required Qualifications
- Approx. 5–7 years of IT experience, with strong ServiceNow background
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
- Experience working in Managed Services environments (ITSM-focused)
- Proven experience supporting continuous improvement and backlog-driven delivery
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) – mandatory
- Strong experience in:
- ServiceNow Asset Management configuration
- Asset lifecycle and compliance processes
- CMDB data model and governance
- Workflow automation (Flow Designer)
- Integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
Preferred Certifications
- CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- CIS – Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation
- Certifications related to AI / Now Assist (nice to have)
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist and AI-driven use cases
- Knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)
- Strong consulting mindset (requirements definition, process design, architecture alignment)
- Experience working with US clients and global teams
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and roadmap execution
- Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance management
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
