What You'll Do:
Perform assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of VCSELs and related electro-optical products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment including pick-and-place systems, AuSn reflow soldering equipment, wire bonders, die attach systems, and electro-optical test equipment.
Conduct microscope-based assembly, inspection, cleaning, and packaging activities in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
Perform product testing, inspection, and data collection while accurately documenting production and test results.
Monitor quality, identify nonconforming materials or process deviations, and support QMS-related corrective actions and material disposition activities.
Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment while maintaining cleanroom organization and material control.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Inventory, Shipping, and Engineering teams to support production schedules, throughput goals, and continuous product flow.
What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, cleanroom operations, electronic packaging, optoelectronics, or precision assembly.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings, manufacturing procedures, specifications, and work instructions.
Experience working with cleanroom manufacturing processes, electro-mechanical assembly, inspection, and testing equipment.
Excellent visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail for microscope-based work.
Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to product quality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work and facility access requirements.

Salary Range:
$44,500.00-$59,300.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
