Hexcel is currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
Ensure machinery meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
Conduct routine inspections and servicing of equipment.
Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance.
Recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance efficiency.
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Train staff on safe equipment use and emergency procedures.
Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs.
Ensure accuracy of maintenance systems according to audits requirements
Manage plant maintenance KPI dashboard.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance and Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with PLCs, robotics, or advanced automation systems.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software (CMMS).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
