About the role:

The ability to execute all tasks of each steward position in the department. 

This role is part of the Stewarding department, reporting into the Stewarding Manager. 

具备完成部门内每个管事/清洁岗位所有任务的能力。该职位隶属于管事部，向管事部经理汇报。 

What you will do: 

岗位职责： 

• The ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of all stewards/causal labor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. 

• 监管及协调管事员及外包员工的工作，确保部门高效平稳的运行。 

• The ability to ensure the proper use of and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment used by the Stewarding department. 

• 正确的操作及维护所有管事部设备。 

• The ability to ensure the neatness, cleanliness and order of all kitchens, back of the house areas, storage areas, employee dining room, Stewarding Department machinery, compactor room, carts and tables through constant monitoring and a vigorous cleaning schedule. 

• 合理安排清洁时间，确保所有厨房，后台区域，存储间，员工食堂，管事部设备，垃圾房，推车和餐桌的整洁。 

• Ensures the operating equipment (table top- small wares) / machinery / kitchen equipment are cleaned and handled in a proper way in order to prolong its use. 

• 确保所有管事部营运设备，厨房设备的清洁和正确操作，以延长它的使用寿命。 

• Participate in inventory and breakage prevention control. 

• 负责盘点及破损率的控制。 

• Shares responsibility for keeping all operating equipment clean and in good working condition. 

• 负责所有营运设备的清洁和维护工作。 

• Ensures all F&B outlets are well equipped (sufficient / not overstock), and all equipment are handled properly in the daily operation. 

• 确保所有餐厅有足够的库存/不过量，确保所有设备的日常运作。 

• The ability to ensure that all operating equipment are in good working condition, properly stored and keep good control of par stock. 

• 确保所有管事部营运设备的正常运作；正确的存储及控制存储量。 

• The ability to assist in maintaining all kitchen equipment and dish machines in proper working order; ensures and controls usage of cleaning supplies and maintain handwashing facilities in kitchens. 

• 确保所有厨房设备及洗碗机的正常运作；控制所有清洁剂的使用量，确保厨房区域洗手设备的正常运作。 

• The ability to store, stock, inventory, collect, wash and restock china, silver, glass and other equipment in designated areas of the hotel according to a predetermined par stock. 

• 根据库存量，存储，进货，盘点，收集，清洗，补货所有瓷器，银器，玻璃器皿及其他相关酒店设备。 

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization 

• Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working. 

• 冷静耐心，具备服务热情。有强烈的事业心与责任心，具备团队精神，秉公办事。 

• Requires a working knowledge of the Food & Beverage aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. 

• 对四季酒店的餐饮服务、政策或操作有一定的了解，并对酒店有一定的了解。工作知识一般是在工作中学习的。 

• Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help 

• 逻辑性强、注重细节、平易近人及乐于帮助他人。 

• Requires reading and oral proficiency in Chinese language 

• 具备中文的阅读和口语能力 

• Has a positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach

• This is a full-time position -Night Shift 

• 本岗位为全职职位-夜班岗位 

• The working hours will primarily by department, ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays  

• 工作时间将根据部门需求安排，需能适应轮班制（含周末及节假日值班）
